Experience the joy of snorkelling — no boat required!

Aran Beach Snorkelling is a relaxed, shore-based adventure ideal for first-timers, families, and anyone curious about the ocean. Guided by our certified freediving instructor, you’ll learn how to use your mask, snorkel, and fins safely while exploring calm, shallow waters filled with colourful seaweeds and small marine life.

It’s a gentle, confidence-building introduction to the Atlantic, perfect as your first step before trying Wildlife Snorkelling or even scuba diving.

Our Approach to Marine Life

At Dive Aran, we believe in respectful interaction with the ocean and its inhabitants.
Our Aran Beach Snorkelling sessions take place in calm, shallow areas where marine life is small and peaceful.
While larger wildlife like seals sometimes live nearby, they rarely visit these shallow bays making this an ideal, reassuring choice for families and younger snorkelers.
