Wildlife Snorkelling experience takes you by boat to the sheltered waters of Killeany Bay, where you’ll drift above kelp forests and seagrass meadows in the clear Atlantic.
This extraordinary underwater environment is home to a variety of marine life, and a local colony of grey seals lives nearby. They often approach snorkelers out of curiosity, making each trip a unique and memorable encounter with nature.
Guided by Dive Aran’s experienced team, this trip is safe, fun, and unforgettable; perfect for families, first-timers, and ocean lovers of all kinds.
At Dive Aran, we respect and protect all marine life especially the grey seals that inhabit the Aran Islands. We always keep a safe and responsible distance to avoid disturbing them.
While seals may sometimes approach snorkelers on their own curiosity, such encounters are natural and never guaranteed. Every trip is an opportunity to experience the Atlantic’s wildlife responsibly and respectfully.
